the front desk provided quick service at check-in. the airport shuttle runs consistently every half hour and it IS free. i noticed vending machines available with various snacks and drinks. my room had effective soundproofing that blocked outside noise, which i found quite RELAXING.
i found that the bathroom lacked a fan, which could have improved ventilation.

the hotel has a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. a 24-hour airport shuttle service is available at NO charge. there were also vending machines stocked with assorted snacks and beverages.

the on-site restaurant offers a breakfast package. i noticed jose and the other wait staff provided really good service. the restaurant has a range of options, and the staff are very FRIENDLY.

The room had two separate sinks in the bathroom. i also noted a rainfall shower head was installed. a mini-fridge was available. It kept my drinks quite cold.
the ice machine on my floor was out of service, requiring a trip to another level.

The check-in process was quick. I had my room key in under five minutes. the hotel also provides a free shuttle to the airport. It runs every half hour, convenient.
The room had a simple design. It was nothing special.
